THE PLAN, YOUR TRUE PROGRESSION
• Each level increases in focus, growth on your baseline with physical & mental wellbeing which demonstrates your progression.
• Each Level duration of 10 weeks with two weeks off so the body is able to relax and recoup.
• Each level will give the client a T-Shirt and cap. Each will have a different colour with logo.
• Each level will be completed with a test. Testing is there to show clients true progression and not just participation.
