Simon Vickers is the driving force behind PT4U Online, he has worked diligently to design and bring the concept of PT4U to fruition.
Simon is a Multi-sport world championship competitor with qualifications from the world renowned Loughborough University, the accredited NESTA certification, and the Fitness Premier international, in addition to being internationally qualified through NASM & AFAA.
Throughout his career, from serving in the British Military and then on to training clients across the fitness continuum from beginners to elite world championship level athletes Simon has been at the forefront of supporting people to achieve a better version of themselves following a transformative process that enhances each person’s motivation and allows them that ‘little extra push’ that many need to reach their true potential.
