We believe that the large majority of our work in this area needs to focus on teaching people the skills that will help them overcome the mental and emotional obstacles that hold them back; challenges such as fear, anxiety and hopelessness that not only negatively impact you on your fitness journey, but also affect your daily living.
Importantly, we know that if a person can develop their mental well being skills, they are more likely to have positive outcomes when putting effort towards their physical wellbeing.
